Precision Awards Trophies and Engraving was founded by Bob Hill of Bethalto, Illinois, a lifelong public servant, devoted family man, and passionate supporter of youth athletics.

Bob was an athlete growing up and now his true passion remains in sports; always supporting, coaching, and cheering on athletes at every level. He is one of Civic Memorial’s biggest fans and a strong advocate for youth sports across the community. To Bob, athletics are about character, discipline, teamwork, and giving young people a place to grow.

Bob spent his entire career in law enforcement, where he built his life around service, integrity, and hard work. That career shaped who he is and continues to influence how Precision Awards operates today: dependable, detail-driven, and rooted in doing things the right way.

Family is the foundation of everything Bob does. He is married to his beautiful wife, Beth, who is truly the backbone of their family and a major part of everything Bob has been able to build and accomplish. Together, they have three children and five grandchildren, and Bob treasures the time he spends watching his grand kids grow, compete, and find their own paths.
